From engine assembly lines in Hosur to biscuit packaging in Bengaluru, pharma blister-packs in Vizag to solar string-test rigs in Hyderabad — the underlying control architecture rhymes. We've solved it before.
The hardest cycle times we work with. Automotive needs sub-second response, SIL 3 safety around presses and robots, and the network resilience to keep an entire line running through a switch failure. We have wired engine assembly, body-in-white, and seat assembly across Hosur and Pune.

Stainless cabinets, IP69K-rated proximity sensors, and recipe management on every screen. Biscuit lines, dairy fillers, beverage mixers — they all share a fingerprint: high throughput, frequent changeover, and a hygiene audit every quarter.

Where every signal is logged and every operator is named. We build pharma lines that pass an EU inspector and an FDA auditor — blister packs, vial fillers, blender-granulator-coater trains. Tamper-evident HMI, electronic batch records, signed-and-sealed change control.

Tyre lines are unforgiving on hardware. Curing presses run 160°C, bead apex extruders chew up sensors monthly, and the dust gets into everything. We build for it: armoured cabling, IP-rated cabinets, brand-name proximity sensors that survive a year on a mixer outfeed.

A growing third of our 2025 pipeline. We build automated string-testers for module manufacturers, panel-tracker control for utility farms, and Battery Management Systems for storage projects. High channel-count I/O, MQTT to the cloud, and the long-distance reliability that solar demands.

Where wrong is catastrophic. We build IS barrier sets, ATEX-rated cabinets and SIL-rated emergency shutdown systems for upstream, midstream and storage. Smaller share of our work — but where we are it matters. Every BOM is reviewed by a third-party functional safety engineer.
